Online Shop

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Opened products returned in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Products missing their original packaging but returned in good condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Items that have been installed or damaged will not be accepted.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers must inspect packages before signing the carrier's waybill.
  • Note any visible damage on the waybill and notify us within 24 hours.
  • Hidden damage must be reported to us within 7 business days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time:

    • Refunds are typically returned to the original account within 1–3 business days after processing.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank for further assistance.
