Large Size Orders: Shipped via trucks shipping, with a delivery timeframe of 15-20 business days. In the rare event of delays exceeding 30 business days, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders using standard ground services by UPS or FedEx.

We primarily ship with FedEx and UPS.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our average estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. However, due to potential delays with FedEx and UPS, some tracking updates may not be available until the package reaches its destination.
4. Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping for standard orders. Customization orders are shipped via expedited shipping from China, with an expected delivery time of 15-20 business days.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Can you ship to my address?
We ship to verified physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to:

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Protectorates.

For customization orders, we are expanding our shipping regions to include countries like England. If you are able to complete payment at checkout, your address is within our delivery area.
7. How are import taxes and VAT handled?
